Consulting Services Manager (HR)

The Consulting Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for consistently providing the care for Talent Services team members to ensure all are treated with dignity & respect and are made part of the Ciber family. The objective is to improve working relations with consultants, create sense of team, build morale, improve employee retention and increase productivity.   The CSM will be responsible for overseeing Consultants  that are located within a geography and will work with the consultant on career planning, conducting annual performance reviews, managing salary exceptions/escalations, remarketing, performance coaching, managing terminations, managing system data (Peoplesoft today), managing immigration requests, assisting with equipment issues, converting subcontractors and creating a sense of Ciber culture within the region.   The CSM will facilitate the execution of corporate policies and procedures, maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance, while maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the Ciber team, customers, clients and all service partners though timely, accurate and professional communication. Employee Engagement Provide support to and facilitate engagement of local employees and subcontractor resources Contact or meet in person (dependent on location) all new employees working at local accounts within first week - follow up on Onboarding, review any client specific orientation materials Conduct 30 day checklist follow up meetings with new hires (in person when possible) Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions - Promote use of Employee Questions/Benefits Line and Ciberspace for routine questions Regularly visit employees on local accounts, to maintain awareness on the account, identify issues, and promote employee engagement. Provide HR Management and local Account Management team with feedback on employee morale/common issues or client information. Develop client/project specific retention programs / Coordinate events Develop a schedule to ensure contact from CSM/Field Manager or other Ciber acct team on at least monthly basis for all employees Maintain a tracking system to track contacts, action items, and notes from non-local contact plans. Encourage use of Ciber's education programs.  Develop and support employee career planning activities. Assist HR Director and local Account Managers with tasks and duties related to HR and Account goals. Coordinate Field Manager teams (applicable accounts) Promote/Educate employees at local accounts regarding Ciber initiatives and policies   Redeployment Inform consultants of client end date and initiate redeployment process Coordinate local redeployment activities Partner with National Redeployment Specialist for tracking, performing submittals Engage National Redeployment Specialist for employees who may travel or relocate Communication of Bench decisions Personnel Management Maintain in-depth knowledge of regulations related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.   Resolve and properly escalate employee relations issues Cooperate with Account Management to communicate with clients to identify potential performance issues Provide coaching to employees to improve effectiveness or conduct. Coordinate with HR to develop and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Administer requests for classification changes (NB to FB, etc.), and off cycle pay rate increase requests - Increases related to bill rates within guidelines Process/administer local terminations, in conjunction with local managers.  Participate in on site/in-person termination meetings when appropriate.  Conduct Exit Interviews. Performance review process Process PTO Request Approvals Work with immigration and Delivery team to coordinate the relocation of international employees.  Complete all necessary paperwork and assistance with travel as needed. Consult with HR to provide HR guidance to Ciber Managers to resolve employee issues in a manner consistent with Ciber policies and procedures and HR/legal compliance. In coordination with HR, will participate in investigations and develop action plans related to discrimination, harassment, etc. Coordinate with benefits to manage employee Leaves of Absence and FMLA activity. Other Assist with research projects and/or special projects as needed Facility management - Ciber office location Make necessary PeopleSoft changes (supervisor changes, job code, etc.) Coordinating temp laptop returns Coordinate client specific background check procedures - Escalate potential non-qualifying BI reports to HR  202225

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
