Clinical Pharmacist Informatics Application Analyst registry

Description: This position reports to the Regional Director of Pharmacy with a matrix reporting relationship to the Chief Medical Informatics Officer (CMIO).The position is responsible for regional standardization and management of medication orderables within IT solutions. Ensuring accuracy across software interfaces is critical. This includes determining best practice, regulatory standards of care and professional practice for medication entry, dispensing, charging, and error management across all interfaced medication applications.In addition, the position will assist in analysis of reports related to pharmacy performance with suggested areas for improvement to ensure best practice and delivery of the very safest patient care. Qualifications: Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Illinois. A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) with a minimum of five (5) years of previous pharmacy therapeutics and patient care management experience. A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience for the responsibility of maintaining a pharmacy informatics system. Job ID 1805042596
