The successful candidates will be the frontline of our bank.
This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, with good customer service skills as well as good computer and communication skills.
Tellers must be able to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
You must be comfortable making multiple transactions daily, balancing your cash drawer, and being a team player who takes pride in performing well and enjoys helping others.
Primary Duties Include:
Greeting customers and processing all teller transactions efficiently.
Maintaining your teller cash drawer throughout your shift.
Maintaining accurate calculator tape of all transactions throughout your shift.
Buy / sell cash from vault as needed to maintain established dollar limits.
Balance teller drawer and all work at the end of your shift.
All other customary teller duties.
Ideal candidate will have prior customer service and cash handling experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Flexible hours/availability including days, nights and Saturdays are required for this position.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
