Master's Level THERAPIST - License Eligible or Licensed - ONE DAY REMOTE - BERWYN 60402- LCPC, LCSW or LCP, LSWProvides a wide range of therapeutic services to the youth along with ongoing consultation to treatment team staff.
The employee's primary duty is work that requires advanced knowledge in the field of psychology or social work.
Position requires the consistent exercise of discretion and judgment.
Yearly Salary Ranges:
$ 50,000 to 63,000 depending on licensing.

Essential Functions:
oProvides individual, group, and family therapy as needed according to individual needs.
Actively seeks and establishes relationships with family for each client in their caseload when indicated;oParticipates in the training of our trauma informed model of care, the ARC model (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and provides ongoing utilization and supervision of this model.
oCompletes all necessary clinical paperwork, including but not limited to IM+CANS, treatment plan reviews, comprehensive progress reports and discharge summaries, while adhering to established timelines and all licensing and accreditation standards;oCompletes documentation of all service provided within the week it is provided, meeting all licensing, accreditation and billing requirements;oParticipates in completing outcome measurements;oProvides crisis intervention as needed;oParticipates in a team-oriented approach to review clients' progress and provide individualized treatment services;oProvides treatment that meets the guidelines of Medicaid, DCFS, and other contracting agencies and meets standards of best practice as well as licensing and accreditation standards;oAssesses the placement and service needs and serves as an advocate for the client to assure appropriateness of placement and services;oProvides clinical supervision to non-licensed staff, documenting each supervision session according to standards;oMaintains collaborative relationships with child-serving providers, medical personnel, educational personnel, program personnel, and appropriate third-party agency personnel;oMeets service hour targets set by Maryville Academy and evidenced by documentation;oParticipates in utilization review as requested;oActively seeks supervision and utilizes supervisory input.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
oRecognizes that duties include evaluating youth in crisis (danger to self/others);oSpecialized treatment interventions;oOrganizes and presents information in a training forum, as needed;oCompletes all required training;oParticipates in continued performance quality improvement;oOther duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/
Experience:
oGraduate degree (master's or Doctorate) from an accredited clinical program.
oExperience providing clinical services to a child and adolescent population is preferred.
Possess a valid Illinois Driver's LicenseSkills /Knowledge:
oMust conduct oneself in an ethical and professional manner;oAbility to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Physical Demands:
oRequired to frequently sit, stand, bend, stoop and walk, sometimes for extended periods; able to walk up and down stairs;oAbility to assist in physical restraint of youth if circumstances require it;oMust have visual, hearing, and learning capabilities sufficient to perform the essential functions defined above.
Environment and Scheduling:
oWork is performed in and in association with Maryville program settings, as well as, occasionally collaborating with schools, court systems, hospitals, & correctional/detention institutions.
oSome on-call consultation responsibilities are required;oShould be amenable to some flexibility with schedule to meet client needsHIPAA PRIVACY TRAINING AND SANCTIONS:
All employees who have access to health information whose confidentiality is protected by the HIPAA Privacy Rule are required by the Rule to receive training so that they have an understanding and knowledge of the Privacy Rule that corresponds to their job responsibilities and of the group health plan's policies and procedures that impact on their job duties.
Site specific training on requirements of the HIPAA Privacy Rule and the plan's health information policies and procedures under the direction of the plan privacy officer may be required for this position based upon site specific requirements.
Employees who violate the requirements of the HIPAA Privacy Rule will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination.
